Make-A-Wish approached Milk for a brand refresh, with the goal to develop a new global brand book for Make-A-Wish to unite the organization’s chapters, grow their audience and increase donations.

Through extensive research including interviews with key stakeholders, surveys with top- and bottom- performing chapters, competitive industry research, workshops, and more, we created a new brand guide. The brand guide led with a unifying rallying cry followed by key messaging, clear identity guidelines, and design translation.
