Sundial was expanding fast. Each sub-brand had its own voice, audience, and market presence. The challenge was to create a design and digital system that felt unified yet flexible. How do you build a holding company brand that amplifies, not erases, the power of its parts?

Building a unified system designed to flex. We developed a visual and digital identity that harmonized Sundial’s diverse portfolio while giving each sub-brand room to shine.

Through positioning workshops and deep research, we uncovered the shared DNA across brands and translated it into a modular design language and scalable website. Collaborating closely with SMG’s leadership, we shaped a dynamic system: color, typography, and motion, that could adapt to every sub-brand without losing consistency. The result was a sleek, high-performing digital platform and launch that positioned SMG as a modern, connected force in the global media landscape.
